Terms & Conditions

By booking our Fox Tour & Excursions (F.T.E) services for travel, tours, & cruises, you agree to our terms & conditions. These terms apply to all customers, regardless of age or payment method, and cover all services offered by Fox Tour & Excursions.

Customers are obligated to follow all local regulations and the Fox Tour & Excursions guidelines for F.T.E:

• Ensure you are in good health and fit to travel for the booked services.
• Obtain all required travel documents (e.g., visas, IDs, etc.), passports, tickets, as per the destination. Note that Fox Tour & Excursions is not responsible for denied entry or delays.
• Adhere to customs and immigration laws at all times during your trip, as well as local customs, laws, and regulations.
• Respect the natural environment and local communities, while we'll take care of them, as we care for our customers and their safety, the environment and local community.

Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), USD, EUR, or GBP, and may change due to currency fluctuations or price changes. Fox Tour & Excursions may adjust the final price if exchange rates change significantly.

We accept the following methods of payment: cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and online payments (PayPal, Stripe). A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the full payment due before departure.

If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees will apply, in addition to any third-party fees (e.g., airline, hotel): Please note that refunds are subject to the payment method used and may take up to 14 business days to process.

• You are responsible to have all necessary travel documents (e.g., visa, passport, tickets, etc.), and you get the information in your itinerary.
• Fox Tour & Excursions is not liable for any delays or denied entry due to missing or invalid documents.
• The booking should be done under the name in your passport exactly.
• Be ready to show the ID card in the departure location.

Any changes to your booking (e.g., dates, names, etc.) must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and fees.

If FoxTour cancels your trip due to low numbers or circumstances beyond our control, we will refund you the full amount or offer an alternative. We will inform you as soon as possible of any changes.
